Welcoming a new baby into the world is one of life’s most special moments and those early days pass by so quickly. My Newborn sessions are designed to gently capture those tiny details, from little fingers and toes to sleepy cuddles, in a calm and relaxed environment. My home studio in Neath is warm, cosy, and fully set up with everything we need to keep your baby comfortable and safe throughout the session.

 

What to Expect

Newborn sessions are best suited for babies between 5–14 days old, when they are still sleepy and naturally curl into those beautiful poses.

Each session is baby-led, meaning we allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and settling. There’s never any rush.

Sessions typically last 1–3 hours, giving us time to capture a variety of images without any pressure.

Styling & Props

I keep my style natural, soft, and timeless — focusing on your baby rather than busy setups. Neutral tones, soft textures, and simple styling help create images that you’ll love for years to come. If you have any special items you’d like to include (blankets, teddies, sentimental pieces), you’re very welcome to bring them along.

 

Booking Your Session

It’s best to book your newborn session during your pregnancy to secure availability. We’ll pencil in your due date and confirm your session once your baby arrives.
